Everybody can dance without age difference. Nowadays there are several opportunities to dance especially during your family function. Let’s take the chance to dance at all parties and functions as much as we can. Let’s forget everything and dance happily and gain little positive energy too. We get the positive energy when we dance by keeping aside all our shyness and loneliness.
We can always stay happy by playing musical chair or singing songs. Listening or dancing to music, such as the beating of drums, can energize your physical body. Music affects us in a positive or negative way. Certain sounds can stimulate an emotional, mental, physical or spiritual response. In contemporary dance, people take the chance to explore the natural energy and emotions of their bodies to produce dances that are often very personal.
Regular dancing is great for losing weight, maintaining strong bones, improving posture and muscle strength, increasing balance and co-ordination and beating stress. One of the best things about dancing is that while you’re having fun moving to music and meeting new people, you’re getting all the health benefits of a good workout. Dancing is one of the most enjoyable ways to get some exercise, shake your belly and booty.
When you do the dance, it gives you energy which is a natural motivator. You can simply practice dance with your favorite music from your living room. It gives us a chance to exercise and of course give us a mental break from our work. As we perform dancing, our pleasure increase with each movements. By dancing, we can reach more close to our body. You allow yourself to wake up to something inside yourself that allow you to make positive changes. The dance allows you to be awake and alive all the time.
