Avoiding situation that leads to anger is beneficial, by getting proper amounts of exercise, meditation and if possible, practicing relaxation techniques. Meditation allows you to view your emotions and listen to them without reacting and bring in bright thoughts. In often situation if we just think before reacting it can surely make a great change. You can avoid the big headache of frustration and after effects which creates after your temper. It is not that you cannot control your anger. In my personal experience, I would recommend practicing yoga which is a good move. That would help you to find time for many activities and still you can solve problem with patience.
But when we talk about food here, there are certain food you can avoid to control your mood called mood boosting foods. There are some portion of people to say, who doesn’t care much about the food they eat. They also don’t care about the side effects and still lives happily. Also having the processed food would not do any good to our body rather ends up in lots of deficiencies.
One recent University of California study showed that “greater trans fatty acids were significantly associated with greater aggression,” says lead author and Professor Beatrice Golomb. “Trans fats interfere with omega three metabolism” – and apparently, the brain’s neurons need these essential fatty acids to keep us bright and snappy. Lack of omega three has already been linked with depression and antisocial behavior, and according to some experts, it seems many of us post-industrialists have woefully omega-three-deficient diets.
Some of the common food items which should be taken care of are:
White Flour – White flour is made from stripping wheat. Bleaching is done to it to remove the yellow color the millet have. Synthetic B vitamins is added to it which are toxic to our body. It doesn’t have a minimum level of fiber which makes difficult for the intestines. If we consume this in our diet in large quantity no sooner we will be diabetic. Replace this flour with whole wheat and double check it twice when you buy whole wheat, there is a good chance they use the white flour instead.
Milk – The main allergic response to in milk products can be brain inflammation, which causes hostility according to BeWellBuzz. Casein, which is found in dairy and gluten in wheat, has been linked to aggression. The Harvard scientists found no data to support the claim that the consumption of dairy leads to better bones, weight loss, or improved health. They also found some serious risks tied to dairy consumption, including weight gain, increased cancer risk, and increased fracture risk. It turns out milk does not build strong bones! They also found that dairy may cause other problems like constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, bloating, gas, diarrhea, allergies, eczema, and acne. Read here for more details.
Sugar – Refined sugar is considered as the sweetest poison. It is purely consists of carbohydrates. The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends most women get no more than 24 grams of added sugar per day. That’s about 6 teaspoons, or 100 calories—a little less than the amount in one can of soda. Thing is, the average American woman eats about 18 daily teaspoons. You can read it more here.
White Rice – Similarly like that of the white flour, white stripped away from all the nutrients or it will look exactly like the brown rice itself, it’s refined. Brown rice, unlike white rice, still has the side hull and bran. The side hulls and brans provide “natural wholeness” to the grain and are rich in proteins, thiamine, calcium, magnesium, fiber, and potassium.
